Real estate sales engine · Proof, not reports
The problem — no one has control over this. Revenue depends on whoever happens to be performing today.
Sofia is that system — the operating structure that lets your sales team perform every month.

You know your sales team is working. But can you actually see, every day, how far along they are toward generating that revenue?
A salesperson can make dozens of calls, attend meetings, follow up with customers, and manage countless deals every day. But activity alone does not drive revenue. Visibility, accountability, and measurable progress do.
When a sales operation cannot clearly identify which activities are moving deals forward, which deals are stuck, and where management intervention is needed, the business becomes dependent on individual effort rather than a scalable sales process.
Management sets the target. Salespeople drive the journey. Sofia connects the two.
Sofia brings the entire sales journey into one connected, measurable process:
New → Contacted → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booked → Closed — every step on evidence.
From setting targets to managing pipelines, tracking sales actions, identifying bottlenecks, forecasting outcomes, and ultimately driving revenue, Sofia gives management the visibility to make informed decisions and sales teams the clarity to focus on what matters most.
Because successful sales management is not about doing more — it’s about knowing what is working, what needs attention, and what will drive revenue next.
Sofia runs on one defined sales funnel.
The process does not change with who is selling.
Management doesn't just see the month-end report — they see the actual work, every day.
Stages move on their own from what’s recorded; people agree the price and confirm money and closings.
The Sofia Evidence Flow
In most systems a deal moves when someone changes its status. In Sofia nobody can. Each stage opens only when its evidence is recorded.
Your marketing team screens each enquiry and enters it with its source. One phone number is one client across the whole company — a duplicate is refused, so two salespeople never chase the same buyer.
A call logged with an outcome and a note. Sofia times every call made from it — under 45 seconds, or No Answer, never counts. A call made outside Sofia is marked as reported, not measured.
A check-in at the project with a live camera photo and GPS. Check-out, the client’s own confirmation from their phone and the supervisor’s written confirmation then verify it.
An offer is negotiated or agreed, a price round is recorded, or the settled price is written. Sending an offer alone moves nothing. A price below the bottom price waits for approval.
Settled price plus booking money on the same offer, with a numbered receipt. The unit turns Sold and can never be offered to a second buyer.
The office confirms the money arrived. Every level above the salesperson endorses, the Company Admin checks, and the Coordinator approves after recording the owner’s go-ahead. A certificate with a QR check is issued.
Lost — only with a reason. If the deal is in the forecast, the line above must approve it first.
Nobody picks a stage. A wrong stage is corrected only with a written reason, kept on the record.
Every step that matters in the sales process stays visible and measurable inside the system.
Where each lead came from, who handed it out, who holds it and when action is due — the whole journey, visible.
Overdue follow-ups. Silent customers. Missed next steps. Sofia automatically identifies what needs attention and brings it to the surface — before deals slip away.
A site visit isn’t just the salesperson’s word for it — it’s verified with GPS, a photo, and the customer’s own confirmation.
Which customer is where, which deal is moving and which one is stuck — all in one place.
Nobody sits down at month-end to build a report — it’s generated straight from recorded activity, as and when required.
Management doesn’t just see activity — they see how that activity is turning into revenue.
Same underlying data — but each level gets the answer to its own question.

Beyond these four, there are five more roles — agent (the phone at the top of this page), supervisor, team leader, marketing executive and company admin. Each person’s own job title — CEO, CBO, GM Sales, Cluster Head and so on — shows beside their name.
Money governance
Cash, cheque, pay order, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket — built for how property money really moves in Bangladesh.
Sofia never holds your money. Every shortcut leaves a name on the record — and the office’s check against the bank is the final lock.

Forecast integrity
The number your Monday meeting runs on is built from deals with a promised date — and nothing leaves it without an approval.
A deal enters the forecast only with the close date its owner promised. No date, no forecast.
A missed date moves only forward, with the reason written. Three slips show as three moves, each with its reason.
Taking a deal out of the forecast is a request every level above the salesperson approves, in order. Until then it still counts.
Pipeline history keeps every deal’s time in the forecast — and flags deals pulled out in the first week after a month-end count.
A deal leaves the forecast only when every level above the salesperson approves — until then it still counts.

Built for owners and sales heads
Every one of these is live in Sofia today, and included in every plan.

Every closed deal gets a numbered certificate in your company’s name: the price, every receipt, every approver and the owner’s go-ahead. A QR code proves it is genuine; a fingerprint shows if anything was altered.
Set the split once by role — seller, team leader, supervisor, manager, coordinator, marketing, referral — with an optional ladder tied to monthly target. Every note follows it; any change is marked, with a reason.
When a salesperson brings a team leader or manager to a visit or meeting, it counts only if that senior checks in from their own phone. There is no “I was there” button.
Your marketing team screens every enquiry and enters it with its source, then hands it out the same day. The salesperson’s clock starts at the handover, and anyone who never calls is named.
Only the Company Admin can export the client list, and every export is logged. When someone leaves, access ends within minutes and their open clients return to the marketing desk with their whole history.
Sofia shows time signed in beside time actually spent working in the app, 9 am to 7 pm. The gap is the conversation to have.
Calls too short to be real, calls dialled and never logged, contacts reported rather than measured — all on one screen for the sales chain.
One tap tells a salesperson what needs them today, who has gone quiet and which deals are late — every question in Bangla and English.
An agreed offer or money holds the unit; a booking marks it Sold. A held or sold unit cannot be offered again, so the same flat is never sold twice.
Sofia doesn’t replace your ERP — it makes your sales operation stronger.
Sofia focuses exclusively on sales — to keep your sales moving and your revenue growing.
Every role prints their own report from a single button — stakeholder, coordinator, manager, supervisor, team leader, marketing.
Nobody has to build it. It puts the truth in front of everyone.

“Over the past four decades our real estate industry has come a long way — in quality, in timeliness, in modernity. But one place always felt incomplete: a professional sales operation, which is a company’s revenue engine.
That is exactly where Sofia stands. I would hope Sofia fills that sales gap in every company.”
