1. Health Check submissions — company name, the eleven answers, the computed numbers, and the name, company name, job role, mobile number and email given at the final step. 2. The contact page form — name, company name, job role, mobile number and email, used only to get back to you. 3. For customers using the product — sales and lead data their own staff enter; this data belongs to the customer, Sofia processes it only to run the service.
To generate and send the Health Check result; to follow up if a pilot is requested; to operate the product for paying customers. What you type into a form — your name, company, designation, mobile, email, and your Health Check answers — is never sold and never shared with anyone for marketing. To understand who visits the site we use two well-known tools, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which record anonymous behaviour such as page visits and clicks. Nothing you type into a form, and none of your Health Check figures, is sent to either of them.
Anyone can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by writing to helpdesk@sofiaestatecrm.com.
The site and product aren’t directed at anyone under 18.
